On December 2011, Chhinlung Israel People Convention was changed to Luz Israel Organization on the General body Conference resolution. For a few years Chhinlung Israel People Convention (CIPC) changed to Luz Israel Organisation. But, it failed to register into Society registration of Mizoram Government as the original copy of Society registration certificate of CIPC was lost. So, with the General body meeting resolution the name of the Organization is changed back to Chhinlung Israel People Convention.
